Does GovX offer free shipping? We don’t currently offer free shipping on our site. Our flat rate shipping of $7.95 fee applies to all orders whether there is one item from one brand in your cart or several items from several brands.

How long does GovX take to ship?
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours and you can expect most orders to ship in 3-5 days. Verification via Email Simply enter your work email (like a . mil or . gov address) when prompted during online registration. Our system will either auto-verify the address and send you a confirmation email to ensure the address is valid.
Is there a refund policy for GovX tickets?
GovX sold event tickets through their web site. The event was canceled. No refund was made. The 3rd party vendor apparently had a “no refund” policy and GovX reps said, “Too bad for you. “. It is a pretty awful way to treat active duty personnel who are now out hundreds of dollars per ticket. . I would not use GovX to buy anything.
How much does a MotoGP ticket cost on GovX?
Will never use them again. Some items are cheaper on GovX so be diligent and check. For instance MotoGP tickets for 10/1/21 – 10/3/21 at Austin for the same section. GovX price $328. Purchasing directly from COTA/ Circuit of Americas cost $249.
How much did GovX glasses cost when I ordered them?
Ordered on a Sunday, got them on Thursday and I got the glasses for $115 when they are originally $180. GovX is awesome!!! Going to be using more in the future.
